My Delivery Time
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time—the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse. The product leaves our warehouse within 48 hours of ordering. Your order will arrive within 1-6 days depending on your location and workload. For Small Parcel shipments within the United States, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1 to 10 business days) after your order is picked up from the warehouse. Your order will travel through a nationwide network of professional moving companies who will handle your item(s) with the utmost care. Although the item(s) are handled carefully throughout transit, we require that our orders undergo a thorough inspection at the delivery agent to ensure your item is delivered in perfect condition.
Items marked “free shipping” on the product page will ship for free. In order to keep your costs down, we either provide free shipping or—in certain cases—charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your order and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay, with one exception: If you are shipping an order we are required to charge sales tax. Please refer to the following chart to understand the specific shipping rates for items that fall under our Shipping Policy( prices without taxes)

Exclusions: Certain products do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in your order. The order amount for promotional shipping doesn.t include, and offer doesn't apply to, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax. Shipping surcharge applies to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories. Some items have specific shipping charges and are not eligible towards the qualifying amount for the reduced shipping rates or free shipping. Other eligible item(s) in your cart at time of checkout will still count towards the qualifying total.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN MUST BE:
1) Sent to us within 30 days of the delivery date of your order (unless the item detail page says otherwise)
2) Sent to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
3) Items sent back to us must have the same dimensions as when they were originally shipped, for example a rug that was folded in a box must be shipped back folded in a box for the return shipping label to be accurate.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received your merchandise in damaged condition, or items are missing please contact us as soon as possible to report the problem.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a
replacement. Once you have used the rug you cannot return it.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
For all items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
Returns and Exchanges
In most cases, when returning an item, you can choose between store credit or receive a refund to your original payment method.
Already filled out the return form but changed your mind? Don’t worry! You can always cancel the return from My Orders.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply. There are two ways to exchange an item, depending upon your preference.
Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will credit your account or the original payment method once we receive the return. Please note, you cannot use your store credit until we have credited your account.
After the return: Follow the same steps as a regular return. Once you receive your refund, use your store credit or credit card to place a new order.
Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping?
A: The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. While we often give free shipping on orders to customers, we are not able to offer free shipping for returns. We do however discount our return shipping rates for your convenience and provide you with quick-print FedEx return labels to make the process easier for you.
Q: How is the price of the return label determined?
A: The price of a return label depends on the size of the product being returned, and is automatically calculated for you at time of the return. We take into consideration the product weight, distance to travel, and dimensions for you based on the item you ordered.
Q: What if I need to exchange the item for a different item?
A: If you need to exchange your item, we ask that you place a new order for the desired item. Your original order must be returned by submitting a return on the order page. If you have specific questions in regards to an exchange, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How do I return more than one item in an order?
A: Our return page allows you to make multiple return requests however each line item has to be processed one at a time. If you would like to return multiple items from one order, go through the process of requesting a return for each item you would like to return. Each product sent back to us will require a unique Return Authorization Number. For expedited processing, please make sure that you address the items consistently.
Q: When do I pay for the return label?
A: In order to make it easier for our customers, the amount of the return label you select will be deducted from your returned value amount as a restocking fee. You will see the amount that will be deducted at time of the return. For your convenience, you will not have to enter your payment information again.
